The Conference Planner (a division of HUNT Technologies ) servers a vital role in protecting the privacy of the registrants personal information as well as adhering to the upmost security in processing transactions for those organizations and businesses who utilize our services.

Identifying Purposes: The Conference Planner is a service provider and collects registration information on behalf of customer organizations. Any personal information collected by The Conference Planner is identified on a registration form that an individual fills out themselves.

The conference registration forms are designed according to the customer's specifications and registrant information collected through them is provided to the customer of the respective conference.

Our Commitment To Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Limiting Collection: The collection of personal information shall be limited to that which is necessary for the purpose of processing a registration and information shall be collected by fair and lawful means. As a service provider, The Conference Planner offers customer organizations the ability to create online forms that collect and store information; and as such the actual information collected is determined by customer organizations and not The Conference Planner. The Conference Planner, through it's parent company HUNT Technologies processes credit card transactions but DOES NOT store credit card information.

Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention: Personal information shall not be used or disclosed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by the law. Personal information shall be retained only as long as necessary for fulfillment of those purposes. We will destroy personal identifying information upon request of any individual for whom we have information stored.

Accuracy: Personal information is entered by each individual that registers and shall be as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as was entered.

Safeguards: Personal information shall be protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

The Way We Use Information: The Conference Planner uses information provided by the registrant only to complete that registration. The Conference Planner does not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the registration. We use email addresses to send registration confirmation emails. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Registration Fees: Event registration fees are determined by the customer organization and not by The Conference Planner.

Cancellations and Refunds: Registration cancellation fees and refunds are determined by the customer organizations policies and not by The Conference Planner. The Conference Planner, through its parent company HUNT Technologies will process any refund/cancellation fees applicable.

The Conference Planner reserves the right to make changes to this policy.
